Frequently Asked Questions

EarnIt uses iOS Screen Time APIs to manage app access. When you select apps to lock, they become inaccessible until you complete your assigned workout. You can choose from three lock modes: Mindful (10-second pause), Standard (full lock), or Strict (PIN-protected).

Our ML-powered camera uses on-device pose detection to track your movements in real-time. It recognizes exercises, counts your reps automatically, and provides form feedback. All processing happens on your device - no video is ever uploaded to our servers.

Yes! Our Family plan supports up to 5 family members across multiple devices. Parents can assign workouts, monitor activity, and manage lock settings for each family member through the Family Dashboard.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find EarnIt, and tap Cancel. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

When you delete your account, all your personal data, workout history, and settings are permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. You can request account deletion through the app's Settings page.

EarnIt is currently available on iOS only. We're exploring Android development and will announce any updates through our blog and social media channels.
