1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using EarnIt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
EarnIt is a fitness motivation application that allows users to lock access to selected apps on their device until they complete physical workouts. The service includes:
- App locking and unlocking based on workout completion
- AI-powered workout tracking using on-device pose detection
- Streak tracking and progress monitoring
- Family management features for multiple devices
- Custom workout creation and templates
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
EarnIt offers free and paid subscription tiers:
- Free: Basic features with limited app locks and workouts.
- Pro: Full access to all features for individual users.
- Family: Full access for up to 5 family members across multiple devices.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent the app locking features through unauthorized means
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
6. Health Disclaimer
EarnIt is a fitness motivation tool, not a medical device. The App does not provide medical advice. You should consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. You use the workout features at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your physical capabilities.
7. AI Pose Detection
The AI-powered pose detection feature processes camera data entirely on your device. While we strive for accuracy, the feature may not perfectly detect all exercises or count all repetitions. It is not intended to replace professional fitness instruction.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by EarnIt and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury from exercise, loss of data, or device issues related to app locking.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
